Elephant Communication
Directions:

Elephants make different sounds to communicate, we can hear some and can not hear others. Some sounds can be heard up to 5 miles away. The sounds from their stomach like a growling noise signal everything is okay. Have your children come up with different ways to communicate without using words and communicate with one another. Continue this activity outside and encourage them to try to create loud sounds.
