Materials:

• Bubble Wrap
• White Paint
• Construction Paper

Directions:

• Cut circle out of bubble wrap. Use the circles as stamps: press it onto white paint, then press onto paper (two or three high),to make a snowman that appears to made from snowballs.

Have your children predict what will make a snowman melt the fastest (salt, cold water, hot water, salt water, nothing) Use each method on similar size mini-snowman and graph the result

A chubby little snowman had a carrot for a nose
Along came a bunny and what do you suppose?
That hungry little bunny was looking for his lunch...
And he ate that snowman's nose. . . .Cr…..r…..unch!

Give each of your children rice cakes. Let them frost them with either crème cheese or frosting. Add raising (or chocolate chips) for facial features, with a baby carrot nose
