Leaf Easel Painting
Materials:
- Easel paper cut into a leaf shape
- Fresh green leaves
- Paint
- Attach large leaf shape paper to easel. Have children dip fresh green leaves into the paint and then use as a paint brush. Each leaf will make a different design and create a unique picture.
Leaf Graph
After collecting leaves with your class create a graph. Some graphing ideas
are color, number of sides the leaf has, and size. Hang the grap and some leaves
up for everyone to enjoy.

Falling Leaves
For decorating for fall. Take fresh fallen leaves and attach them to fishing
line of different lengths. Attach the other end of the line to the ceiling with
thumb tacks. It's a lot of work, but the children love their room.Leaf Jumpers
