Coffee Filter Butterflies
Materials:
- Coffee Filters
- Markers
- Clothes Pins
- Spray Bottle
Directions:
- Give each child a coffee filter to color. Spray the coffee filter with water to spread the colors. Once the coffee filter is dry, twist it in half and clip it with a clothes pin. Draw two eyes on the clothes pin to make a butterfly.
Cups Of Color
Directions:
- Give a white ice cube tray to the child and fill the first three holes with red, yellow and blue water. Give the child an eye dropper (or medicine dropper) and let them mix the colors in the empty spaces. This will create many shades of colors.

Rainbow Snack
Directions:
- Make all six colors of Jell-O: cherry, orange, lemon, lime, berry blue, and grape. After the Jell-O has set spoon one spoonful of each flavor into clear cup. Top with a cloud of whip cream you have an eadible rainbow.
