Circus Train
Materials:>- Shoe Boxes
- Crayons, paint, markers, etc.
- Pipe Cleaners
- Pompoms or Styrofoam Balls
- Have each child decorate a circus train car (like the ones on animal cracker boxes). Then have them make the animal to go in the car (Can make from Pompoms or Styrofoam Balls or if strapped for time have them cut out pictures). You provide the engine and you have a great circus train
Balloons and Blowing
Get either kazoos or the party favors that open when you blow out on them and
show the kids that the same thing happens when you put the end of a balloon over
the part you blow in to. Younger children will be amazed by this!
Circus Elephant
A circus elephant I went to see (Hold hand over eyes like binoculars)He had four legs and was bigger than me. (Hold up four fingers and then point to self)
He had two ears big and round (Show two fingers and make a circle with hands)
And one long nose that made a sound errrrr (Make elephant trunk with arm)
Bean Bag Toss
Draw a large clown face on a piece of poster board. Cut a hole out where the
clown's mouth would be (make it at least twice the size of the beanbag). Tape
the board to a chair and let each of your children take three tries to throw
the beanbag into the clown's mouth. Little Monkey Says Good Night
